1. Introduction

Welcome to Artco, a digital platform that connects customers with independent artisans for on-demand services within Nigeria. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Nature of the Platform

Artco acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers and independent artisans.

• Artisans are independent contractors, not employees.
• Artco does not directly provide the services listed.

4. User Accounts

• One account per user.
• Users are responsible for account security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct.

5. Artisan Verification

All artisans must:

• Submit valid government-issued ID
• Provide accurate business/service details
• Complete verification review before activation

⚠️ Artco reserves the right to reject or remove artisans at its discretion.

6. Payments

• All payments must be made through the app.
• Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited.
• A platform commission (variable based on currency and settings) is deducted from each completed service before artisan payout.
• Payout timelines: 24-48 hours after service completion
• Failure of payment processing may result in service cancellation
