3 Data Protection
We comply with Nigerian data regulations under the supervision of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
User data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is never sold to third parties.
KYC documents may be retained for up to 24 months to satisfy compliance requirements.

Refund Policy
How we handle refund requests
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Completed & Satisfactory Service
The service was delivered and confirmed as satisfactory by the customer.
Customer No-Show
The artisan arrived as scheduled but the customer was unavailable or unreachable.
False or Fraudulent Claims
The refund request is found to be based on falsified or misleading information.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@artcojobs.com with your transaction ID and reason. All requests are reviewed by our team within 3 business days.
Artisan Agreement
Terms binding all registered artisans on the platform
Your Commitments
Professional Conduct
Maintain a professional, respectful attitude in all interactions with customers and the platform.
Service Delivery
Deliver services accurately as advertised in your profile. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
Commission Deduction – 25%
A 25% platform commission is deducted from each completed service payment before payout to the artisan.
Platform Policy Compliance
Comply with all current and future Artco platform rules, guidelines, and updates.
No Off-Platform Solicitation
Strictly prohibited: Soliciting or accepting direct payments from customers outside the Artco app to bypass platform fees.
Consequences of Violation
Breaching this agreement may result in any of the following actions:
Suspension
Temporary account suspension pending investigation
Permanent Removal
Permanent ban from the platform for serious violations
Earnings Withheld
Pending earnings may be withheld in proven fraud cases
